The Christmas Market comes to the East end of Princes Street Gardens every year and provides a wide range of food and drink, Christmas decorations and – of course – Santa hats! The smells of garlic and sausages, spices and wine – the sounds of people enjoying the fairground rides – the striking silouhette of the Castle in the background: it is Christmas in Edinburgh.
